Email is the fastest route: describe briefly what it is about and whether it is urgent. You will hear from us within 24 hours, on working days usually a good deal sooner.

What makes our answer more useful

Depending on what you are asking about, a few details help to make the first reply worth something:

• For an upgrade: the current TYPO3 version, the PHP version and — if you have it to hand — the list of installed extensions.
• For a new website: the rough scope, the languages, your target date and whether a corporate design already exists.
• For a freelance enquiry: the period, the hours per week and the setup you work in.
• In an emergency: call. A form helps nobody when the website is down.

The first conversation

The first conversation takes about 30 minutes, happens over a video call and costs nothing. It is there to find out whether we are a good fit — not to sell you something. If another solution is cheaper or faster, we will say so.

When you can reach us

By phone we are available on working days from 8 am to 6 pm on +41 44 586 56 66. We answer emails within 24 hours; messages arriving outside office hours on the next working day.

The office is at Schlossmühlestrasse 218 in 8408 Winterthur. A visit is possible by arrangement – it is about 10 minutes by bus from Winterthur station.

What happens after your enquiry

You first receive a reply with an initial assessment and, where needed, two or three follow-up questions. After that comes the proposed date for the free first conversation of 30 minutes.

A quote is written only after that conversation. For an upgrade it includes taking stock, for which we need access to the installation or a database export – without that look, every figure is a guess.
